Blast Room

Blast Room

Blast room is made of the metallic chamber of ms sheet of 10,12,14,16,18 gauge. It is for the blasting of the large component and in the cyclone type dust collector is for the suction of the dust from the room. It also is good for the environment because the fresh air is out from the cyclone-type dust collector.

It is a much larger version of a blast cabinet. Blast operators work inside the room, abrasive blasting the surfaces of objects to meet the needs of the finished product. The enclosure or room – It is an enclosure designed to remain sealed to prevent blast media from escaping.

In the abrasive media is also recovered from the screw conveyor and through the bucket elevator and through the reclaimer and then into the portable type blasting machine has the blasting hose and the nozzle.

Blast Room Price

Blast Room Price depends on several factors. The various components of a blast room include but are not limited to:

1. metallic chamber

2. Portable type shot blasting machine

3. Cyclone type dust collector

4. Screw conveyor

5. Bucket elevator

In it, the main advantage is that recovery system and the dust collection system is provided in the plant some of the abrasive is costly which can increase the blast room price, so they are recovered and they are also environment friendly

The screw conveyor is formed in the pit for the blast room height is not increased some of the blast room is use the media of the nonmetallic so in this type, we have to give vacuum recovery system in the vacuum recovery system there is the port in the base in the room for the recovery.

Screw conveyor is made of the ms pipe and the sheet, screw frights. The screw frights are made of the high strength ms metal and then is connected to the gearbox , motor and at the top of the screw conveyor grating is provided

Bucket elevator is made of the ms sheet and the pulley and the rubber belt and buckets the buckets are made of the ms and some of the p.v.c. and at the top of the bucket elevator there is the gearbox and the motor for the drive the unit. These along with other are the deciding factors of blast room price.

Blast Room Manufacturer

Sandblast Booths (Blast Booths or Abrasive Blast Rooms) provide the ideal confined environment for an abrasive blasting operation of relatively large pieces or for high-productivity sandblasting.

Abrasive rooms are a safe and effective way to prepare your metal for finishing. By using an abrasive room, your business can save time, money, and the environment by recovering and recycling abrasive materials time and time again.

Abrasive blasting is used for removing mill scale, a prior coating (paint), and rust from a metal component so it can be restored or re-coated. Abrasive blasting will blend the surface for an even texture.

Blast Room In India

Blast Room in India is proudly manufactured by steel shot in western Rajasthan. We give the features which includes an interlocking system. We don’t use the angle channel supporting system that is intended for the easily assemble and disassemble at port while moving the room from one place to another place.

In the cyclone type dust collector, it creates the suction in the blast room so it suck the all dust from the blast room and then it goes into the dust tray. Fabric bag type dust bag is provided for the storing the dust came outside the room.

Sometimes there use the plated bag dust collector is also use for the non metallic media this is work on the reverse pules jet principle use of the solenoid valve and header .

At Steel Shots we manufacture various types of blastrooms acoording to the particular need of customer. While manufacturing we keep in mind the customer requirements, so that it meets all needs. These are used for abrasive blasting. Along with blast rooms we also manufacture sand blasting machine, Grit blasting machine, shot blasting machine and suction blasting cabinet.

Also we supply various types of abrasives like copper slag, bentonite powder, garnet sand, glass beads, aluminum oxide, chilled iron grit, silicon carbide, tungsten powder etc.
